I've been knitting socks for the boys with camoflage yarn. They are too thick to wear with shoes, but they like to wear them around the house and to bed. They were fun to make! Now I'm working on a felted purse. For felting, you knit with wool yarn. Then you wash it and the fibers all mesh together and make a very firm fabric. This will be my first try at it. It will be interesting to see how it turns out.
