What a great day and it's not even done yet. We took the day off school to go to the zoo. The weather was absolutely beautiful - sunny, 60's, no wind. Greg is off today so we all went. We just took our time and watched some of the animals. Usually the boys just want to rush through. We even got a kiss from a gorilla. She was sitting right by the glass and was really interacting with us -tapping the window, clapping, etc. Then she licked the glass and took off. So funny!
In just a bit, we have Jonathan's and Benjamin's birthday party at Chuck E Cheese. I just finished icing the cupcakes (Ben's choice) and the giant chocolate chocolate chip cookie (Jon's choice). Yes Melocy, I made them this time!
Better get going. I'll have pics of the party tomorrow.
