Jonathan was riding his scooter last night and hit some rocks and fell. We went to the doctor this morning and had x-rays. It's broken! The break is just above the wrist. He's in a splint now and he'll get a cast tomorrow. I don't think it will have to be above the elbow.
What's really weird about it is Zachary just had a part in someone else's arm getting broken. He was playing around with Benjamin's friend Eric (he is on Ben's soccer team, his dad in Jonathan's coach) Saturday before Jonathan's soccer game. Eric was hanging on Zachary's arm and Zachary was swinging him around. He let go and fell and broke his arm just above the elbow. He got a cast yesterday. So I got to call his mom last night and tell her about Jonathan. I think they will both still get to play in their soccer games on Saturday. But no playing goalie for Jonathan! I'll have pictures tomorrow.

What a bummer! Listening to Zachary's story makes me surprised my boys have never broken anything. I suppose I just have broken sheetrock in the hallway (in two places).
