I had my first violin lesson yesterday. I was so excited to get started! Right now I'm just learning how to hold the violin and bow and how to pluck and press the strings. My teacher has written his own method. It's actually written for children, but I'll be doing 2 lesson a week and should progress pretty fast. My kids made sure I practiced today!
Now I'm off to watch American Idol - Hollywood Week!
