Baby Blanket

I'm still waiting on my order of yarn for the socks I need to make. So I started on the baby blanket for my neice's baby due this summer. I just love how this is turning out. The pictures don't do it justice. The colors are beautiful and it makes me happy to knit with them. I know, I'm weird. But knitting with pink yarn is one of life's small pleasures for me.

The pattern is Baby Ribbons from the Leisure Arts book Soft & Sweet Baby Afghans. The yarn is Caron Simply Soft in white, pink and rubine red.

Happy knitting or whatever it is that makes you happy!

Was this written in a foreign language? I don't understand this "knitting" thing of which you all speak. What is it? ;)
