Dont't you wish you could smell it! I baked an apple pie from scratch today, the crust and everything. Greg brought home some apples from a guy at work and I had just seen a Martha Stewart episode where she made this pie. I had to half the recipe because her version was a deep dish pie. I don't have a pie plate that big. And she piled the apples so high! So I made a smaller version but it's still pretty big. I can't wait to try it tonight.
