Family Update

Greg's mom and dad are back in Albuquerque. They came back from camp in Ruidoso a day early to take Dad to the hospital. He was having symptoms related to his heart. He had bypass surgery 3 years ago, but no problems since then. They did a catheterization yesterday and found no problems. Praise the Lord! Not sure what was causing the symptoms. He's out of the hospital and other than being tired he is fine.

Also big news in the family. Greg's niece Ellen (David's daughter)got engaged. She will be getting married next summer after she graduates from veterinary school.

And Greg's niece Tammy (Jan's daughter)is expecting a baby due in February. She and her husband have been married 2 years and pastor a church in Fredrickburg, VA. Tammie is also a music teacher. This will be the first grandbaby for Jan and Bob.

We are planning a trip to Virgina next summer for the wedding and to see all the family and the new baby. We are going to start saving now so hopefully we can fly instead of having to drive 3 days. (Been there, done that, don't want to do it again!)

Zachary and I baked an apple pie today. Greg and his dad just went to the store to get stuff to grill hamburgers for dinner. Yum!!
