Charity knitting

I've been working on a couple of charity knitting projects for the last few days. It's called Oddball Baby Blankets and it a part of Knittinghelp.com. Six people sign up to work on one blanket. Someone starts it and then sends it to the next knitter who knits a few inches and sends it on and so on. These blankets are going to a children's hospital in Kansas.

I was the last knitter on this blanket. I knit the pink and white section then added the crocheted shell border.

Then I started this one. I've never started one before. It will be interesting to see how it turns out.

Now it's back to the red sweater I started. I've only done a couple of inches. I've got a long way to go.

Those are so pretty! I love that idea of starting it and sharing it with others! Very cool.

Thanks for your comment, it meant a lot to me. Writing for me is like knitting for you :D
