Easter

I had a complaint from my one faithful reader (I guess there might be a few more out there!) that I hadn't yet posted about Easter. I know Easter is one of the most important days we celebrate as Christians and I am eternally grateful for what my Savior did for me. But personally this Easter was a little depressing. Greg had to work all day then come home and sleep so he could go back and work a midnight shift. So, it was just me and the boys. Which was fine, I love my boys and spending time with them. But the rest of Greg's family was together in Virginia. And I'm just tired of missing all the family time. We are trying to move out there. But first Greg needs a job! I'm really learning patience and trust through all this.

Anyway, Zachary and Benjamin were in a drama at church. The adults read the speaking parts and the kids acted everything out. Zachary read the part of Pilate. Benjamin played one of the disciples. Jonathan decided he is not an actor, so he wasn't in it. I sang in the choir.

After church, we went to lunch at Cracker Barrel and took it easy the rest of the day. I took a nap, practiced my violin, and played my DS!

There you go Melody, do you feel better now?!

Happy Easter Robin! God's plans are sometime never the same as ours as I have learned over the last year!

I sure wish we had Cracker Barrel here in CA...we have to go all the way to Kentucky (Husband's family is there)!

Your Easter sounded nice. Poor Greg, though! That's a lot of work in one day. AND, I would save the picture of Zachary for HIS wedding. He'll love you for it!
