I'm home

I made it home from Texas late Wednesday afternoon thanks to a miracle. There was fog in the morning and my flight (and a bunch of others) was cancelled. Thanks to Greg's desperate call to the airline I got a seat on an afternoon flight while everyone else was on standby!

A visit with my Dad. He lives in a nursing home due to a brain tumor 13 years ago and a stroke 6 months ago.

We had dinner with my real life friend Kristen from We Are THAT Family and my new Twitter friend Amanda. We hogged a table at Cheesecake Factory for 3 hours. Sorry if you were waiting!

These are my sister's kids! Aren't they cute!

A birthday cake for 3! It's bad enough that Renee and I have shared a birthday all our lives, but she went and married a guy with the same birthday too!

We went outlet mall shopping on my last day there and I bought these cool shoes. They make me smile!
