The original purpose of the trip was a family reunion to celebrate my grandma's 90th birthday. It has been almost 6 years since we've all been together. So it was good to see everyone and catch up. Renee and her family were there, but my other sister Adrianne didn't make it due to work schedules and unexpected plumbing issues in their house.

The reunion was in Kansas and since were were that close to Missouri we decided to go see our friends the Trewerns in Nixa
And Greg's nephew and his wife Dana and their brand new twin girls Emma and Evangeline in Branson. Greg's sister and niece were also there visiting from Virginia. We were so happy to get to see them too!

The kids all did great and fun seeing their cousins and friends. Emily is getting to be a pretty good traveler too. The first night in the hotel was a little rough - like she wouldn't go to sleep until 3am! But the rest of the trip she did great.
