I finally finished the baby blanket I've been working on. I started it almost 2 months ago. I never thought it would take this long to finish. But I persevered and I love how it turned out!
I had to knit 16 of these (12 blue, 4 green) mitered squares
and them put them together like this.
It took me about 3 hours to sew all the pieces together (not my favorite activity) and another hour to add a row of crochet around the edge. But now it looks like this!
And it's huge, way bigger than I expected. My great nephew (due next month) will be able to use it for a long time!
